TU, Education Faculty introduced B.Ed. ICT in Semester Wise for the first time on 2072B.S. Then on 2077 B.S, TU again modify, update the course and introduced BICTE. So 2077 B.S onwards, students get enroll on B.ICTE which syllabus are also updated here.
